A couple was telling a friend about their recent vacation.
“It sounds like you had a wonderful time in Texas,” the friend said. “But I thought you were planning to visit Colorado.”
The husband smiled awkwardly.
“Well, we changed our plans because… uh…”
Before he could finish, his wife interrupted.
“Oh, just tell the truth, Fred!”
Fred stayed quiet, so she continued,
“It’s really very simple. Fred just refuses to ask anyone for directions.”
