It was three o’clock in the morning, and the receptionist at a luxury hotel was struggling to stay awake when a little old lady came running to the front desk, shouting for help.
“Please come quickly!” she cried. “There’s a man without any clothes outside my window!”
The receptionist quickly followed the woman to her room.
“Where is he?” the receptionist asked.
“He’s right over there,” the old lady replied, pointing toward an apartment building across the street.
The receptionist looked through the window and saw a man walking around inside his apartment with no shirt on.
“He’s probably just getting ready for bed,” the receptionist said with a smile. “Besides, you can only see him from the waist up. How do you know he isn’t wearing pants?”
“The dresser, dear!” the old lady shouted.
“Try standing on the dresser!”
