A shark was swimming lazily under a large bridge when he spotted a squid drifting slowly through the water.
Shark:
“Hey there, Squid! How are you doing?”
The squid looked pale, tired, and completely worn out.
Squid:
“Not very well, Mr. Shark. I’m really sick.”
Shark:
“Yeah, you don’t look too good. Where are you headed?”
Squid:
“I’m trying to get to North Head. There’s a special kind of seaweed that grows there, and people say it can cure almost anything. But I’m too weak to swim that far.”
The shark smiled.
Shark:
“That’s no problem. Hop on my back, and I’ll take you there.”
Squid:
“Really? That would be a huge help!”
The squid climbed onto the shark’s back and held on tightly as they sped through the water. They passed reefs, schools of fish, and even a few surprised dolphins who couldn’t believe what they were seeing.
Eventually, they reached North Head. The shark slowed down and dove toward the ocean floor, stopping beside a large, dark underwater cave.
A huge grouper poked his head out.
Grouper:
“Hey, Shark! Long time no see. What brings you all the way out here?”
The shark smiled and nudged the squid forward.
Shark:
“Oh, nothing special. I just stopped by to deliver that sick squid I owe you.”
