Two young brothers were spending the night at their grandparents’ house.
When it was time for bed, the boys knelt beside the bed and started saying their prayers.
Suddenly, the younger brother began shouting at the top of his voice:
Younger Brother:
“I pray for a bicycle! I pray for a new computer! I pray for a trip to Disneyland!”
He continued listing everything he wanted.
His older brother leaned over and whispered:
Older Brother:
“You don’t have to shout. God isn’t deaf.”
The younger brother smiled and replied:
Younger Brother:
“I know. But Grandma sure is!”
