A husband walked into the police station to report his wife missing.
The officer asked,
“When did you last see her?”
“She went shopping yesterday and never came home,” the husband replied.
The officer began filling out the report.
“What is your wife’s height?”
“I’ve never really noticed.”
“Is she slim or heavy?”
“Not exactly slim… I’d say average.”
“What color are her eyes?”
“I couldn’t tell you.”
“What color is her hair?”
“It changes every few months.”
“What was she wearing?”
“I honestly don’t remember. Maybe a dress… maybe a suit.”
The officer sighed.
“Was she driving?”
“Yes.”
“What kind of car?”
The husband answered immediately,
“A black Audi A8 with a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine, an eight-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission, full LED headlights, and a tiny scratch on the front left door.”
As he finished describing it, tears began rolling down his face.
The officer patted him on the shoulder and said,
“Don’t worry, sir…”
“We’ll find your car.”
