Mr. Horse had always dreamed of playing the guitar.
He started taking lessons, and after a few months he had become a talented musician.
Wanting to form a band, he invited his friend Mr. Pig, who was an excellent piano player.
The two wrote songs and began performing at local venues.
People enjoyed the music, but everyone agreed they needed a lead singer.
So they asked their friend Mr. Chicken, who had an amazing voice.
The band quickly became a huge success. They played sold-out concerts around the world, became famous, and earned more money than they had ever imagined.
Then tragedy struck.
Mr. Chicken became seriously ill, forcing the band to stop performing.
A few weeks later, he passed away.
Mr. Pig was heartbroken. He disappeared from public life and cut off contact with everyone.
As if that wasn’t enough, Mr. Horse’s parents went through a bitter divorce.
Feeling completely alone, Mr. Horse fell into a deep depression and turned to alcohol and other bad habits.
Eventually, he decided to get his life back on track.
He spent the last of his savings on a worldwide solo tour, hoping to prove he still had what it took.
Unfortunately, the tour was a complete failure, and he lost everything.
With nowhere else to turn, Mr. Horse walked into a bar to drown his sorrows.
The bartender looked at him and asked,
“Why the long face?”
