A four-year-old boy walked up to his father and said,
“Dad, I’ve decided I’m going to get married.”
His father smiled.
“That’s wonderful! Do you already have someone in mind?”
“Yes,” the little boy replied. “Grandma!”
His father looked surprised.
“Grandma?”
The boy nodded happily.
“She tells me she loves me, I love her too, and she’s the best cook and storyteller in the whole world.”
His father laughed and said,
“Well, that’s very sweet, but there’s one small problem.”
“What problem?” the boy asked.
“She happens to be my mother. You can’t marry my mother!”
The little boy thought for a moment, then smiled and said,
“Why not? You married mine!”
