A farmer placed an advertisement in the newspaper to sell one of his cows.
Before long, a man came to look at it.
After checking the cow over, the buyer asked,
“If the cow looks so healthy, why are you selling her so cheaply?”
The farmer shrugged and said,
“Well, just like the ad said… she doesn’t look too good.”
The buyer thought the cow looked perfectly fine, so he paid for it and took it home.
A few days later, he returned to the farm, clearly upset.
“I want my money back!” he shouted. “You never told me this cow was blind!”
The farmer calmly replied,
“I did warn you.”
The buyer frowned.
“When?”
The farmer smiled and said,
“I told you she doesn’t look too good.”
