One morning, a blind bunny was hopping down the trail when he tripped over a large snake and landed right on his little nose.
“Oh, please excuse me,” said the bunny.
“I didn’t mean to trip over you, but I’m blind and couldn’t see you.”
“That’s perfectly alright,” replied the snake.
“It was really my fault. I’m blind too, so I didn’t see you coming. By the way, what kind of animal are you?”
“Well, I honestly don’t know,” said the bunny.
“I’m blind, and I’ve never seen myself. Maybe you could feel me and figure it out.”
So the snake carefully felt the bunny from head to toe.
After a moment, he said,
“You’re soft and cuddly. You have long silky ears, a fluffy little tail, and a cute twitchy nose. You must be a bunny rabbit.”
The bunny smiled.
“Thank you so much! But now, what kind of animal are you?”
The snake replied,
“I don’t know either.”
The bunny agreed to examine him.
When he finished, the snake asked,
“So, what kind of animal am I?”
The bunny replied,
“You’re cold, you’re slippery, and you have no b***.”
“You must be a politician.”
