Two elderly bankers were inside a bank when a group of armed robbers suddenly burst in.
While some of the robbers emptied the tellers’ cash drawers, the others lined up the customers, including the two bankers, against a wall.
The robbers began taking everyone’s jewelry, wallets, and watches.
As this was happening, the first banker quietly slipped something into the second banker’s hand.
Without looking down, the second banker whispered,
“What’s this?”
The first banker quietly replied,
“It’s the $50 I owe you.”
