Little Johnny had just moved to a new town and joined the local youth football team.
For his very first game, the coach even let him start on the field.
At the end of the first quarter, the coach looked over the roster and realized a few other kids also needed a chance to play. He decided to let Johnny stay in for one more quarter before making a substitution.
During the team huddle, the coach said,
“Johnny, you’re doing a great job, but I’m going to have to pull you off at halftime.”
Little Johnny smiled and replied,
“Wow! At my old team, all we got was Gatorade!”
