Mrs. Green lived in a two-story house next door to an elderly widow, Mrs. Robinson.
After not hearing from her for a few days, Mrs. Green became a little concerned.
“Johnny,” she called to her son, “do me a favor and go find out how old Mrs. Robinson is.”
Six-year-old Johnny went downstairs and knocked on Mrs. Robinson’s door.
A few minutes later, he returned home.
“Well,” asked Mrs. Green, “how is she?”
“How is she?” Johnny repeated.
“I’ve never seen her so angry in my life! She said it’s none of your business how old she is.”
