Brian said to his best friend, Mike,
“The excitement is gone from my marriage.”
Mike smiled and said,
“Why not add a little excitement to your life? Have an affair.”
Brian looked worried.
“But what if my wife finds out?”
Mike laughed.
“Come on, Brian. It’s the modern age. Just be honest with her.”
That evening, Brian went home and said to his wife,
“Dear, I think having an affair might bring us closer together.”
His wife looked at him and replied,
“Forget it.”
“I’ve tried that several times… it never worked.”
