A Word at the Funeral
An elderly woman was holding a funeral for her recently deceased husband.
After the viewing, she spoke about what a kind and honest man he had been. She shared how heartbroken she was to lose him and eventually burst into tears.
Her nephew comforted his grieving aunt and then asked,
“May I say a word?”
Through her tears, she replied,
“Of course.”
He stood quietly for a moment and then said,
“Plethora.”
His aunt wiped her eyes and smiled.
“Thank you,” she said. “That means a lot.”
