A local news station interviewed an 80-year-old woman who had just gotten married for the fourth time. The reporter asked about her life, what it was like to get married again at her age, and what her new husband did for a living.
“He’s a funeral director,” she replied with a smile. The reporter found that interesting and asked if she would tell him about her previous husbands and their jobs. The woman paused for a moment, thinking back over the years.
Then she smiled and said, “My first husband was a banker. I married him when I was in my twenties.” “My second husband was a circus ringmaster.
