A man bought a voice-automated robot car that could do exactly what he told it to do without making any mistakes.
He was very proud of the car and often showed off its abilities.
One day, his wife was feeling tired and asked him to send the car to pick up the children from school.
The man agreed and said,
“Car! Go and bring my children from school.”
The car drove away.
However, it didn’t return at the expected time.
Hours passed, and the couple started to worry that something had gone wrong.
The man got dressed and prepared to report the missing car to the police.
Just as he and his wife stepped outside, they saw the car returning with a large group of children inside.
The car stopped in front of them and announced,
“These are your children, sir.”
Inside the car were their landlady’s two daughters, their choir mistress’s two sons, his wife’s best friend’s daughter, their pastor’s son, and their neighbor’s two sons.
The wife looked at her husband in shock and shouted,
“Don’t tell me all these are your children!”
The man calmly looked at her and replied,
“Can you first tell me why our children are not in the car?”
